The Super Cone Fender is an efficient rubber fender type that is used in various applications. It has a conical body and fully rubber-embedded mounting flanges. Its refined geometry and conical shape result in a number of outstanding performance characteristics.


Super Cone Fenders are available in heights between 300 and 2,000 mm, each in 3 different main rubber grades*, optional: overload stoppers to avoid over compression

Extruded fenders are suitable for frame dock, tugs and other workboats; Smaller bottom width, Easy for installation and maintenance. Extruded fenders are available in many other sections as well.
D Fenders have a D shaped outer form and either a D shaped center (DD Fender) or cylindrical center bore (DC Fender).
D Fenders are available in standard sizes but can be supplied customized for specific requirements, e.g. pre-curved or special sizes.Standard colors are black and grey (Navy). Other colors are available upon request.

Wing Type fender is a new type of rubber fender developed from D type fender. It enlarge fender bottom width to get embedded steel frame plate inside and to be fix to the port structure with double row bolts, therefore it get stronger installation strength and longer service life than D type fender.

The Cylindrical Fender was the first rubber fender type to be produced with a defined performance. Installation is simple by using chains, bars, ropes or specially designed ladder brackets, depending on the fender size and substructure. The Cylindrical Fenders' proportional increase of reaction force and energy absorption all the way to the rated deflection is an advantage resulting in softer berthing.

The main function of frontal panel is to distribute the reaction forces from fender units into the ship's hull. There are two types: open type and closed type. Regarding the open type, it is consist of steel pad, H steel and across steel. Closed type are consist of steel pad and back steel, H steel.
