Finite element analysis of Cell type rubber fender frontal panel

Finite element analysis has very important applications in the design process of ship structure and is widely used in the static analysis of ship structure, hydrodynamic analysis, etc. It is of certain practical significance and reference value to verify the rationality of rubber fender configuration through finite element analysis of the performance of scouring plate. Taking an actual project in Dalian as an example, this paper firstly establishes the 3D finite element model of SUC drum type rubber fender fender by using the finite element software ANSYS, then conducts the stress and deformation analysis for the key parts of the fender under different working conditions, and finally evaluates the comprehensive performance of the fender selection and ship docking mode.
